By creating an account or using Glam Guide AI, you confirm that you are at least 13 years of age, have read and understood these Terms, and agree to be bound by them. If you are using our services on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization to these Terms.

2. Description of Services

Glam Guide AI provides an AI-powered beauty and makeup coaching platform including:

• AI makeup coaching via Tessi (our conversational AI assistant)
• Skin analysis and personalized recommendations via The Station
• Step-by-step makeup tutorials with AR guidance
• Community features for sharing and discovering makeup looks
• Personalized product recommendations

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of our services at any time with reasonable notice.

3. User Accounts

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
• You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account
• You must provide accurate and complete information when creating your account
• You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account
• We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms

4. User Content

You retain ownership of content you create and upload (“User Content”). By posting User Content, you grant Glam Guide AI a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, display, and distribute your content within the platform.

You agree not to post content that:

• Violates any applicable law or regulation
• Infringes on intellectual property rights of others
• Contains hate speech, harassment, or discriminatory content
• Is sexually explicit or inappropriate for a general audience
• Contains malware, spam, or deceptive content
• Impersonates another person or entity

We reserve the right to remove any User Content that violates these Terms without notice.

5. AI Services & Accuracy

Our AI features (Tessi, Maya, skin analysis) are provided for informational and entertainment purposes. Please be aware:

• AI recommendations are not a substitute for professional dermatological or medical advice
• Skin analysis results are estimates and may not be 100% accurate
• Product recommendations are suggestions only — always check ingredients for allergies
• AI responses may occasionally contain errors or outdated information

6. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of Glam Guide AI — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, and software — are the exclusive property of Glam Guide AI and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our express written permission.

7. Prohibited Uses

You agree not to:

• Use our services for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
• Scrape, crawl, or extract data from our platform without permission
• Use our AI services to generate harmful, deceptive, or misleading content
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity of our services
• Reverse engineer or attempt to extract source code
• Use our services to compete with us without prior written consent

8. Subscription & Payments

Glam Guide AI offers both free and premium subscription tiers:

• Free tier features are available without payment
• Premium features require a paid subscription
• Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled before the renewal date
• Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis — contact support within 7 days of charge
• We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days notice

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

Our services are provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that our services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. We disclaim all warranties including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Glam Guide AI shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our services. Our total liability to you for any claims arising from these Terms or your use of our services shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Glam Guide AI, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable attorney fees) arising from your use of our services, your User Content, or your violation of these Terms.

12. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account at any time for violation of these Terms, with or without notice. You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us. Upon termination, your right to use our services ceases immediately. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will remain in effect.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of our services shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the American Arbitration Association rules, except that either party may seek injunctive relief in a court of competent jurisdiction.

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated Terms and updating the “Last updated” date. Your continued use of our services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
